You will receive the access code the day of

check in. 

When you arrive to the home you

will pull into the main gate and park.  Entrance through the pedestrian gate via keycode and unlock the keypad lock for the driveway gate.  Use the keypad to enter the access code and enter the home.

Check-out is 11am your day of departure.

We ask guests to please strip linens and place all used towels and linens on floor. 

Please run the dishwasher with any

dishes if possible. 

Please take all the trash to the

outside garbage cans if possible, ensure all lights and fans are off, doors are locked, and the A/C is left on when leaving the home.

Palm Springs has has a strict outside noise curfew 24/7.

Please be respectful of neighbors when using the

outside features of the home.

Please no smoking.

Only registered guests. (unless previously notified)

No Eating or Drinking in the Bedrooms

No glasswear by the pool.

No parties or events.

In the event of high winds: please move exterior

pillows into the storage shed & lower the umbrella.

$450per pet a day + $150 cleaning fee). Dogs must be fully potty trained and well behaved. If there are any surprises or extra clean up required, there will be an additional charge. 

*Please note the artificial grass around the home is new and dog urine will degrade it over time - we 

require dogs to exit the property to use the bathroom.

The Spa is maintained at 100 degrees year round.  The pool during the winter months can be heated upon request, but please note that it takes several hours to pre-head the pool so advanced notice is preferred.
